Virginia Review of Asian Studies
The Virginia Review of Asian Studies
is a peer-reviewed journal published by the Virginia Consortium
of Asian Studies (VCAS). VCAS is a scholarly, non-profit,
academic organization designed to promote the study of Asia
throughout Virginia and the Southeast United States. It sponsors
both an annual conference as well as the Virginia Review of
Asian Studies.
The editorial board consists of
organization members who are scholars at universities and
colleges in Virginia and in other Southeastern states. The
Virginia Review of Asian Studies presents a wide variety of
Asian studies topics in the social sciences and humanities;
current political, economic, and cultural affairs; and book
reviews.
